Digital signage
Brief / Starting Point:
The objective was to implement and manage a digital signage solution that enabled the company to communicate effectively with employees across multiple locations.
The system was designed to be centrally administered while allowing local site managers to contribute and publish location-specific content.
Later on i was reponsible for both the visual design framework and the ongoing content management of the platform.
Process Steps
1. Interview
Discussed the client's vision and requirements for the digital signage system. Also got intouched with the local site managers and the company's IT department to understand the technical and operational constraints.
2. Research of digital signage solutions
Explored and evaluated various digital signage platforms and technologies to find the best fit for the client's needs.
3. Review
Reviewed the findings from the research phase and selected the most suitable digital signage solution for implementation.
4. Implementation & Setup
Together with the IT department, implemented the chosen digital signage solution, set up the necessary hardware and software infrastructure, and configured the system for central administration and local content contribution.
5. User onboarding
Trained local site managers and content contributors on how to use the digital signage platform effectively.
6. Management and content creation
Managed the ongoing content creation and maintenance of the digital signage platform, ensuring that all content was up-to-date and aligned with company messaging.
